Paul began his painting career in 1974 under the guidance of an old time painting contractor in Salinas. After a short time, Paul became self employed. It was only after 10 years of working as a solo painter, that Paul began developing a team of painters. Today, Paul spends a majority of his time finding high caliber individuals and then training them to be excellent painters.
A local to this area, Damon has served his country with the 10th Mountain Division, US Army and is decorated for his service in both Somalia and Haiti. Damon has worked his way up from an apprentice tradesman within the construction industry to an estimator and manager. Damon resides in King City with his wife Kelly and their three sons Nathaniel, William and Samuel.
Chad is a Monterey County Native. Before attending college, Chad worked with his father in their family 's local construction business. After graduating Cal Poly with a Bachelors of Science in Finance, Chad got his feet wet in sales in the insurance industry. Today, Chad has been working at McLaughlin Painting for over two years specializing in both industrial and commercial projects.
Shawnie has been working with property managers, facilities managers and engineers for over 2 years on projects that range from minor repairs to million square foot shopping centers. Shawnie is a graduate of California State University of Monterey Bay with a B. S. in Business Management.
It is the kind voice of Cheryl Phillips that you will hear when you call our office. A former radio disc jockey and a Salinas Native, Cheryl is responsible for a range of tasks including scheduling the project managers, vendor relations and for providing outstanding customer service. When not answering phones and helping clients with their problems Cheryl enjoys Star Wars, Starbucks and the San Jose Sharks.
