McLaughlin Painting is dedicated to developing long-lasting coating solutions for facility managers and their equipment. The key ingredients to performing a successful industrial coating application are:
1.Applying quality products
2.Performing a high level of preparation
3.Conforming to and adhering to the highest safety standards
When first being introduced to a new job, McLaughlin Painting's estimators evaluate the project and determine the appropriate product to apply. Each situation and job is different, so it takes the knowledge and experience of a professional to determine what product will provide a long lasting protective coating. We have access to such proven product manufactures as Carboline, Tnemec, DuPont, and Rustolium. Their product lines provide various systems such as acrylic lacquers, polyurethanes, urethanes, and industrial enamels.
Whether rust preventative measures are to be taken or there is a need for waterproofing, McLaughlin Painting will help determine the coating that fits your project.
Painting in an industrial environment can be hazardous and unsafe if not performed by trained professionals. Each year, pressure has increased to comply with all proper safety regulations in the State of California. At McLaughlin Painting, our crews have worked in many industrial environments ranging from produce plants to power plants. We have a Safety Consultant as needed to advise us on job safety.
Additionally, we have trained our painters for such environments and continue to provide training to keep our job sites safe and injury free. All of our aerial equipment operators are both trained and certified and, if required, can use 100% tie-off. All painters are provided with appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and are respirator certified and trained in the proper use of fall equipment with a JSA (Job Safety Analysis) performed prior to commencing work.
